The universe is vast, indifferent, and ever-changing—until an unfathomable cosmic entity decides to narrow its perspective. Magh’rathlak the Observer, an average reality-warper by eldritch standards, grows weary of its own overwhelming influence. To simplify existence, it compresses its infinite being into a single human form, assuming the guise of an unassuming young woman named Maggie. Suddenly, mundane human experiences—like drinking milk, navigating awkward social interactions, and developing a baffling crush on her barista—become cosmic conundrums. Maggie struggles to reconcile her newfound humanity with the lingering echoes of her true nature, which occasionally warp reality in inconvenient (and often hilarious) ways. Between dodging suspicious government agents and accidentally terrifying her neighbors, she learns that being human is far more complicated than she anticipated.
