Post Human

Nikola wakes as the last human consciousness, adrift in a skeletal asteroid outpost after Earth’s annihilation. Reduced to a digital ghost, they command drones and scavenged systems through fractured memories, grasping at the remnants of who—or what—they once were. The outpost’s decaying machinery and dwindling resources become both prison and lifeline as Nikola wrestles with isolation, identity, and the crushing weight of being humanity’s sole heir. Survival demands adaptation: repurposing drones, hacking derelict stations, even bargaining with the enigmatic alien intelligence that may have caused the apocalypse. But the deeper Nikola digs, the more the lines blur between savior and relic, between reconstruction and obsession. The last human must decide whether resurrection is worth the cost—or if some species are meant to die.
